Nature of Incident.

Towed to a point near San Hun Customs Station and boarded by Jep- anese sailors who tied the hands of 15 persons on board and then stabbed them in the throats and threw them overboard. 4 other persons who were unharmed were then pushed into the sea. Junk holed and sunk by Japanese.

Boarded by Japanese sailors near Tor Ling. Cargo, clothing, money and licence taken.
